I wrote a memoir about my upbringing where my dad went mad from schizophrenia. It’s a dark coming of age story. I add moments of humour but the reality is it’s a dark book because I told my story honestly.

I hope my book helps anyone who has gone through being sectioned and medicated because of schizophrenia. I also write about my recovery and my glamorous job as a film critic and celebrity interviewer.
